All Princess dealers in the Princess Yachts America dealer network are carefully selected for their service capability and for a proven track record of positively supporting the customer. Our dealers enjoy an excellent reputation for customer support, and have an intimate knowledge of the Princess product. To make sure service is provided promptly and produces the desired results, each yacht has a Component Parts Record that lists the model and serial number of each piece of equipment so a replacement part can be delivered quickly to the owner. A rigorous warranty tracking program minimizes recurring problems while improving product reliability.
